Hey everyone, welcome back to Clear Signal. Today is a little brief, spontaneous chat that I'm kind of on the fence about releasing, but I gotta make a decision and release it now because my editing software minutes are gonna renew today. I pay for them every day on the third, but for some reason they don't really release the new minutes until later in the day, which is kind of weird and unprofessional. But what are you gonna do? So if I record this and release this now, I won't overthink it and it'll just release. And we all do that, right? We all overthink our content, have a bunch of gems on our hard drive, have a bunch of gems on our phone. Oh, then it doesn't age well, depends if you have timely content. And I thought I would just chat a little bit because next week I am giving a chat to podcasters, ironically, about launching a podcast. Now, I am not a podcast growth strategist, I do not claim to be a podcast expert, but it is not about that. The conversation when I mentioned this to the person who runs the group, it was around this notion of your unique value proposition as your podcast. And if you guys are in my world and you know human design, you know that of course those two go together. That your unique value proposition is your human design strategized into offers, business model, which platforms you even choose to present yourself on, how you present yourself, once you understand how to use this stuff, it's like it's a whole new world. I won't sing. Um, and so that is an on-starter. What I do with all the work that I do is I root people into where they need to be with their business so that they are growing a tree that makes sense. They're not growing a tree that they're gonna cut down. But the actual growth of the tree is its own thing. That's separate, that's time and also all the actions you take. They are both important. We focus too much on the latter because that's a human brain wants to think that's the money, that's the praise, that's the audience, that's the collapse, that's the validation. But if you don't have a root structure, especially as you're later on in life and you're going in the wrong direction or it doesn't feel good to you, you're gonna abandon chip. Or you're not gonna take the actions, and then you're gonna call it self-sabotage, but it's really self-protection. So as I was thinking about that, because I got to put the slides together for that soon, I'm like, it's interesting because I haven't been as active here. Now we have a reason for that, which will be the next episode that talks about building a foundation your way. Probably one of the last of my casual chats, because for reasons that I explained on that episode. But something I've been doing while I've been absent from here for a number of reasons. I have a number of things going on, is that I have been active daily on my other platform, The Dark Matter Show, which was formerly Cosmic Brew, which was a daily brew, completely different than this podcast. It is esoteric, it has astrological, it's characters, its accents, it's a complete different aspect of my brand. There's something I'm coining calling a brand braid. I'll talk about that soon about different aspects of a personal brand. What does a brand look like in 2026 and what is a personal brand going to look like in 2028? I have my hypotheses. We'll save my hypotheses for a time where we have a formal episode. This is more of a chat. And then earlier in this summer, I had done a podcast on attracting FES clients through your body. And I said, I don't mean OnlyFans. And what I meant by that is as a sacral being, manifesting generator or generator, which is the majority of people who listen to my stuff. And if you don't know if you are one, there's a first episode of the feed that'll tell you that in five minutes for free. We are a beacon. And when our beacon is bright, energetically we send out a vibration, otherwise known as an aura, that opportunities come to us, clients come to us, people come to us, and all of the things. To me, that comes first. So I've been doing that daily podcast because I have certain reasons I'm doing that that are not important to you, but also it's easy and it's fun. I don't know how to edit it for the most part. I don't really do show notes, I don't do titles, that can all be done later. Up until now, I don't have pro hosting, I'm not marketing it. It's just reps I'm doing for my own reasons. And I find it fun. And now it's become a little bit too much for me, so I'm stepping away, but I also did what I wanted to do with that. That had a certain, it was a creative arc that had a start and a stop, and now it's changed forms and it's becoming something else, which is why I changed the name to the dark matter show. A little bit more scientific, a little bit more something I don't know. It's called the Dark Matter Show. It's in the dark right now. We don't know. It'll probably be summer of 2026, depending on my schedule and desire to do it at that time. But it all comes back to desire, like what is fun, what feels good. And business is a lot of doing things that don't feel good. Most of it is not stuff that's in quote fun. If you wait for it to be fun, you won't do it. But there comes a point where things are no longer enjoyable. And traditional household culture and traditional business culture is going to talk to you about consistency and pushing through. And more feminine business and more flow-based business and human design focused business is going to say might want to take a pause and see, are you overwhelmed? Do you have too much on your plate, which is my case? Is it that it's not a yes right now? Or is it that you just need to pause so you're responding to something else? So when the name for the dark matter show dropped in, it was an immediate yes. It was a play on dark matter, the physics concept and the science-based concept and dark matters, which are things that I talk about there. I do comedy and astrology, but I talk about esoteric topics, I talk about socially taboo topics, I talk about political stuff. Like I said, it's a very different platform for a very different audience than this. And I don't know what that's going to be, but I responded to that, and I'm like, I'll let that form find itself, which is what we something we have the luxury of doing in creative projects that we don't have the luxury of doing in business projects. Because we are giving a certain perception, we are attracting clients, we are building, and you can't build if you're constantly tearing down. But, you know, there are times where you're going to see constructions in progress, and then they pause for like a month, maybe for cold weather, maybe because they ran out of funding, maybe because the contractor is overwhelmed, and then they just start again. It's not that they tore it all down, they pause. And the next episode is talking about building a foundation your way. And I recorded that episode. I didn't like it, so I'm going to redo it. But this is a precursor to that. And I do a lot of numerology on that. You know, I do like one plus three and three plus one and two plus two and four plus zero. These are all numbers that have been, and one, one, one, one. These are all numbers that were all inserted into season one, one being a foundation, kind of subtly, not so subtly. And the whole notion of that is that you could build a foundation any way you want. There's like five different ways to get to a foundation. Four is considered a foundation. In the tarot, the emperor card associated with the entrepreneur, cube, right, is a foundation, solid businessman, person, thing, it, and so forth. So again, a casual chat, so we won't go too long, but I just wanted to think about that, and you'd be thinking about that. Bringing more fun and joy back into business and something that, or whatever you're building, something that is not talked about enough in the business world because it is more masculine, is that how much joy you have for what you're doing is going to translate into the success. And it's not just because you'll do it, it's not just because you are energized. It's not just because when you're excited, you're gonna have more ideas. It's also because you're a literal magnet. You're a magnet for opportunities, you're a magnet for people, you're a magnet for clients, you're a magnet for strategic partners. The more energized you are, the more the doors are gonna open. And the more that we have made everything complicated, the less fun it is. So as I start to formalize this podcast, it's become less fun. So, of course, she's gonna do the thing that's fun. It's kind of like, why am I gonna eat the broccoli? I could go eat potato chips. That's what the dark matter show is for now. And I'll come back, but it's also because the show is in transition. I'm changing the work I do, I'm changing the people I work with. So obviously the show is gonna go with that. And for me to come back right now and pump out a bunch of episodes because I've already done them or because I should would be well, I should. But we formalized the podcast. I bought the URL, I'll be having a website up for this very soon. And then you've got a real foundation because podcasting has no discoverability on the web through players. So if you don't have a presence on the web, it's really hard for people to find you. So we're going to the next level, which is exciting. It's always exciting to see something build. And for you, it was that peak of summer when I gave you that advice. Think about how you can bring more joy and fun back into what you do. And now it's zero degrees. And I'm saying the same thing to you. So maybe there's a new ear that needs to hear this message, and maybe it's an important message that is worth repeating yet again. And uh thinking about all of the details of the work that we do, what do we have to do, what should we do, what's a non-starter, what's a non-negotiable in the shoulds of the business world and the advice of the business world, you think everything is a non-negotiable. And that's a nice way to make nothing a priority. I had mentioned, I believe I'd mentioned Saturn on the episode that said clarity is not the destination. Clarity is associated with Saturn, Saturn is associated with foundations, Saturn is also associated with four. And because Saturn rules linear time, Saturn is also associated with priorities. But if you don't know, priorities used to be singular. The word priorities used to be priority. So lots of thought bombs in there for you on this casual chat day. I'll see you soon.
